We chose the title Sky/Light because our work together was a bright, hopeful spot in the last few years. Our pieces have an expansive atmosphere about them. They are full of light and color–dreamy and translucent–acting as liminal spaces to other realms of illumination. Being stuck, (inside our homes, this pandemic, etc. and all that these last two years have put us all through) looking for hope–a way to make it through–in a portal to the sky.
